- I am a member but I get an error when I try to login, what's the problem?
There can be various reasons why you can not access the site. We find that most of the time the password or user name was incorrectly typed. Our login screen is case sensitive please be sure and verify you have typed the password/user name exactly as you did when signing up. Uppercase and lower case characters are viewed as different characters by our software, for instance "Frank" is not the same as "frank". Make sure the CAPS LOCK button on your keyboard is not on. If you are certain the password and user name are correct please report the problem to our support staff.
- I am a member, why don't the videos play?
Make sure you got the right plug-in if it is required. Some of our videos require QuickTime, Microsoft Media Player or Real Player. All of these are available for free, you can get them on the right in the Download Center. A lot of our videos also have an option to play using Java Technology, so if you can't seem to play the videos with the plug-ins, try selecting to play via Java.

To view the video feeds you will need a browser that supports Java ( get IE :)... or better yet Download QuickTime for free!

Media Player
Video/Audio player from Microsoft. They're constanly imrooving this product, so the new versions should be pretty good!
RealPlayer
This player is used a lot for streaming video. Real has a FREE basic player that you can download, but they always try to sell you their PLUS player. Don't buy it if you don't want it, remember there is a FREE one available.
